If you are considering selling your home, I would recommend Del Jose. I relocated in April of 2013 and subsequently listed my home in the Pelican Rapids, MN area with a local real-estate agent. I renewed the agreement twice and as of December 2013 I had not received a single realistic offer. The agents rarely if ever visited the home after the other agents had shown it, despite my absence. Needless to say I was not interested in renewing the listing.
I contacted Del Jose, negotiated and signed a satisfactory listing agreement on January 20,2014. Del prepared a fantastic listing. In less than 10 days he had two very attractive offers on my home. He helped me select the more advantageous of the two, and negotiate the purchase agreement. The purchase closed on February 28,2014.

We used Kristin Funkhouser to list and sell our home and were extremely pleased with the experience. Before ever signing a listing agreement or committing to listing with her she offered to meet us at the home to do a walk through and give us her thoughts. She came prepared with listing comparisons already done to give us an idea of a potential listing price and before leaving on that day she also gave us some much needed advice on some things to help get the home ready for listing and appeal to buyers. After signing the listing agreement with Kristin she immediately put the word out to other realtors that the listing would be going "live" and had multiple showings set up before it ever officially hit the internet listings. She was aggressive on trying to get our home shown and sold and made us feel like we were her only client she had to take care of. Throughout the whole process the communication and follow up we received from Kristin was excellent. She followed up with us almost immediately after every showing that she or another realtor had to give us any feedback the potential buyers had and to gauge interest level. If she did not hear back the same day after another realtor showed the home she was following up with them so that she could get back to us as soon as possible. She also continually followed up with detailed web traffic reports to help us gauge interest level. This constant communication was instrumental in easing our nerves throughout the whole process. We could not have asked for more from her in terms of follow up and updates. Kristin was extremely friendly and upbeat throughout the whole process. We relied very heavily on her expertise and knowledge both prior to listing the home as well as during the listing/showing process and were very happy we did. She never hesitated to give us news or updates whether good or bad and we were very appreciative of the openness and honesty. We feel the advice she gave us throughout the process helped our home sell quickly and we were extremely happy with the end result. I would and have recommended Kristin to my friends who have bought and sold homes as well.

Bruce Fuhrman is a great person to work with!!! Before moving to Minnesota from out of state my husband got in contact with Bruce so that we could find a place to live. We had no knowledge of the area at all prior. Once we moved up here we started working with him in trying to find our own home. Along the way Bruce showed us several houses, never being impatient and always being very helpful. He even went out of his way to try to show us some of the other things our new town had to offer.
